Overview of Role

As an Intern for ourMemory Design Engineering team, within TSMC Design Technology Canada Incorporated, you will work on a defined project focused on advanced memory design and compiler development.

Working and learning under the direction of a senior member of the team, you will work on defined segments of projects, using the world’s most advanced CMOS/FinFET processes. As your skills progress, progressively increasing challenges “may” be assigned.

Responsibilities could include:

• Circuit design, analog simulation, functional verification, debugging
• Circuit characterization, transistor level implementation, optimization
• Net listing, flow scripting, design verification, database management
• Completion of learning curve milestones as set out within individual intern project objectives
