Job Description
Take charge as a Crew Leader at Dexterra Group’s remote summer camp, supporting youth Rangers in their development and safety. This role fosters teamwork and positive behavior modeling.
Your on-site leadership will be pivotal in engaging youth throughout their camp experience, ensuring they learn and grow both socially and academically. The position requires maturity and excellent interpersonal skills, ideal for those passionate about youth mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively supervise Rangers during camp and work projects
• Uphold health and safety policies throughout the program
• Facilitate daily reflections and check-ins with Rangers
• Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly camp
• Support the operational schedule and activities for Rangers
Requirements:
• Experience in outdoor education or youth camps preferred
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Valid driver’s license necessary
• First Aid & CPR certification or a willin...
