SUMMARY:

The Summer Camp Site Supervisor & CIT Mentor is part of camp leadership, helping to ensure the camp day runs smoothly to maximize fun while keeping everyone safe. They serve as the primary leader, mentor, and support system for our Counselors in Training, coaching and training them as they develop into future Camp Counselors. The Summer Camp Site Supervisor & CIT Mentor provides ongoing guidance to CITs, upholds camp policies and traditions, and models excellence in leadership.

Each day, you'll be a visible, approachable leader for our Counselors in Training. You'll mentor the CITs, support positive group dynamics, and step in to problem-solve when needed.
