The job responsibilities associated with this role may be expected to include but not limited to:
1. Provide day-to-day support for customer service–related activities and client-facing operations, assisting with basic client-related tasks and coordination

2. Support the review, documentation, and continuous improvement of client-facing processes and related Policies & Procedures (PnP), including those covering client onboarding, share transfers, fund transfers, and other post-onboarding services, to enhance service efficiency and client experience
协助梳理、记录、优化并维护客户服务相关流程及对应的政策与流程文件(Policies & Procedures, PnP),以提升服务效率和客户体验,相关流程包括客户开户、转股、资金转账及其他开户后服务流程
3. Assist in the development and maintenance of a standardized customer service framework, such as compiling client Q&A lists, organizing frequently asked questions (FAQs)...
