About the Role:

The Team: Client Services Associates are the first point of contact for clients who are decision‑makers and market leaders in industries such as Investment Banking, Private Equity, Investment Management, and more. You will work with team members to optimize their workflows and streamline their research and data analysis needs. If you are a natural problem‑solver with a passion for technical client support, this could be the role for you.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for product/technical support.
• Contribute expertise in testing upgrades and new releases from a client perspective.
• Provide new user orientation, education and installation assistance; troubleshoot technical problems and occasionally answer data and industry‑specific questions – all via phone and e‑mail.
