This is a part-time, remote position. It is expected that position duties will be performed remotely. Access to our office location and event attendance is optional. The time commitment is 25-29 hours per week.

Position Overview and Responsibilities

We are looking for Software Engineering Teaching Assistants (TAs) to facilitate the smooth delivery of our rigorous summer residency program for rising juniors studying computer science. TAs, known as Engineering Managers (EMs) by the cohort, meet with a subgroup of students throughout the summer to lead workshops and demos, provide office hours, check-in on student progress, and provide mentorship as students work on projects and prepare to apply for SWE internships.
