We are currently looking for motivated, hands‑on students! As a Paterson Grain Summer Student, you will serve as part of the daily operations, marketing and administrative team at a Paterson Grain location. Reporting to the Location Manager, you will assist and shadow various staff, ensuring quality in the handling and delivery of Paterson Grain products and services.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with facility operations regarding fertilizer and crop protection products
• Assist with general maintenance, facility functions and limitations, truck unloading, rail car shipping, and grain cleaning
• Maintain safe and effective handling of fertilizer, chemicals, seeds, and other product inventories in accordance with Health & Safety guidelines
• Organise the chemical shed weekly for better visibility of inventory movement
