Summer Students - Custodial Assistants

February 25, 2026THE RENFREW COUNTY DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD requires the following SUMMER STUDENTS - CUSTODIAL ASSISTANTSTERM: July 2, 2026 to August 28, 2026 (approximate)LOCATIONS: Various schools within Renfrew County SCHEDULE: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday DUTIES: Assist custodial staff with the duties of the annual summer clean, including moving furniture and a variety of cleaning tasks. POSITION SUMMARY: Working under the general supervision of the Area Supervisor, Plant Foreman and Head Custodians, candidates will assist personnel with various duties at Board locations. Applicants should be enthusiastic with a willingness to learn, able to follow both oral and written instructions and able to work well both individually and with others. Safety boots are required and are the responsibility of the successful candidates to provide.
