Summer Transition Program Supervisor (Accessibility Services)

The Arc of Ocean County is seeking an experienced and compassionate professional to lead and support transition-based programming designed for students who are blind or visually impaired. This position plays a key role in coordinating daily program operations, supervising staff, and assisting students in building independence, workplace readiness, and skills necessary for successful post-secondary outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

+ Manage the day-to-day operation of summer and transition programming, including activity planning, scheduling, curriculum implementation, and student support coordination.

+ Support students with visual impairments by encouraging independent living skills, accessibility awareness, career exploration, and college/workplace preparedness.
