Summer Warehouse Associate

We’re hiring Summer Warehouse Associates to support our warehouse and field teams during our busiest season. This is a hands-on, active role where you’ll help deliver materials, support technicians, and keep operations running smoothly.

This is a seasonal position for the summer months, with the potential to explore future opportunities with Paschal for high-performing individuals.

What You’ll Do

+ Deliver parts and materials to job sites

+ Load/unload HVAC equipment and supplies

+ Support warehouse organization and operations

+ Operate company vehicles safely

+ Follow safety guidelines and team processes

What We’re Looking For

+ 18+ with a valid driver’s license (required)

+ Reliable with strong attendance

+ Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in heat/cold

+ Team player with a good attitude
