AT A GLANCE
The Strategic Sourcing & Development Associate supports the end-to-end sourcing and product development process for Eyewear. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will help ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality product delivery, from initial samples to production handover. This role combines operational coordination with a strong eye for detail and product quality.
YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY
Sourcing & Vendor Coordination
Assist in identifying and evaluating new suppliers, raw materials, and components for eyewear production (frames, lenses, cases, etc.)
Coordinate vendor communications to support product sampling, quotations, and lead-time requirements
Monitor supplier performance on quality, delivery, and compliance metrics
Work with Quality Assurance to ensure vendor alignment with technical standards and testing protocols
