AT A GLANCE
The Strategic Sourcing and Development Supervisor for Flask is responsible in ensuring that product launches are met based on schedule and sourcing are done for the long-term benefit of the organization. They lead, guide and mentor Strategic Sourcing and Development Associates.
YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY
Responsible in planning and setting the sourcing strategy for the flask category.
Source out new vendors to meet the requirements for new projects and the allocated budget. Conducts product bidding to each supplier and consider production timeline per supplier to meet desired schedule.
Ensures that Service Level Agreements and Vendor Scorecards are rolled out and met by suppliers.
Creates SAP related documents for ordering and coordinates payments.
Works closely with the Creative and Brand Team in the development and the execution of new products.
