We’re looking for a battle-tested Operations Integrator who can bring order, rhythm, and clarity to a growing trades-based business. This isn’t admin work. This is end-to-end operational command — turning sales into production seamlessly, ensuring priorities are visible, and keeping the machine humming without hand-holding.

You’ll architect workflows, enforce scorecards, and coach team members into role mastery — while configuring a lean tech stack and building an SOP library that sticks. We don’t babysit. And neither will you.
