Multistorey – Tenant Improvement – Superintendent – WinnipegI am working with a newly established general contractor specializing in new builds, multifamily developments, tenant improvements, and renovations.We’re looking for a Superintendent to take ownership of site operations. You’ll be leading buildings that include concrete parades and overseeing full-cycle construction from excavation to occupancy in a fast-pacedpany.What You’ll Be Doing

Running day-to-day site operations onmercial and residential projects

Coordinating trades, suppliers, and site staff to keep things moving smoothly

Ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are always on track

Travelling as needed

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a Superintendent on various projects

Someone who’s organized, proactive, andmunicates well

Open to occasional travel
