Responsibilities

• Plan and organize work: determine labor, material, and equipment needs, and establish work methods to meet schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate teams: lead site crews and ensure collaboration among different trades and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance, quality and health & safety: ensure rigorous application of plans, safety standards, quality standards and best practices in health and safety.
• Manage logistics: order required materials and equipment and coordinate with the logistics department for site needs and demobilization.
• Participate in planning: work with the Project Manager to prepare schedules and attend coordination meetings with the client.
• Resolve issues: identify on-site challenges and recommend solutions to improve productivity.
