The role requires technical expertise in mining operations, SHERQ policies, and the ability to manage teams effectively. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office, JD Edwards, Minestar, VIMS, Qlikview, and Isometrix, with strong knowledge of HR, IR policies, and statutory regulations (MHSA, Environmental Act, Labour agreements). The Superintendent will also conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving to maintain equipment reliability and meet production targets.
