Job Description

Thompson Construction Group has an immediate opening for a Superintendent supporting our Infrastructure division’s land development and subdivision projects in the Edmonton area.

The Superintendent is responsible for the overall coordination and execution of underground utility construction activities, including water, sanitary, and storm systems. This role provides leadership to site foremen and crews, ensures safe and efficient project delivery, and maintains compliance with project specifications, municipal standards, and company policies.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with established safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

  • Supervise, coordinate, and organize all underground construction activities on site

  • Provide clear direction to site Foremen to ensure roles, responsibilities, and daily objectives are understood
