Job Description

There is a challenging opportunity for a steel experience Superintendent Production Process & Metallurgical Quality, based in the Northern Cape Province. My client is well established and highly successful. The role will be to supervise the metallurgical operational processes and routine maintenance to optimise plant efficiency and throughput, as well as ensuring conformity and the varied range of final product to customer specifications.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

•Grade 12

•Certificate: Trade Artisan / Semi-skilled (Boilermaker / Fitter / Electrician / Instrumentation)

•Certificate: Metallurgy / Quality Management (Alternative)

•Diploma Quality Management / Metallurgy (Alternative)

•ARM Supervisory Development

•Valid Drivers’ Licence (Code 08)

•10 Years’ Process Plant exposure in mining industry
