TheSuperintendent / Project Managerprovides hands-on leadership of all on-site construction activities for complex projects, with a strong focus on daily field control of subcontractors, safety, quality, schedule, and site logistics. This role is responsible for driving execution through detailed look-ahead planning, coordination of inspections, management of site access, and proactive risk mitigation to keep projects on track for the rebuilding of homes in the Los Angeles Palisades area.

As the primary field leader, the Project Manager / Superintendent ensures work is performed safely, meets QA/QC standards, and is delivered on time while maintaining strong client confidence.
