Superintendent – Structural Masonry
Job Description
This role leads all field operations for structural masonry projects in the Salt Lake City and broader Utah market. The Superintendent oversees masonry construction in the field, manages foremen and crews, and partners closely with leadership, Project Managers, and General Contractors to deliver high-quality projects safely, on time, and within budget. The position also contributes to preconstruction and estimating efforts and plays a key role in growing the regional presence, with management support based out of Lenexa, KS.
Responsibilities

+ Lead all on-site activities for Division 4 masonry projects, including block, brick, stone, and structural masonry systems.

+ Supervise and coordinate foremen and field crews, currently overseeing multiple foremen with plans for team growth.
