SUPERINTENDENT

JOB PURPOSE:


Responsible for the maintenance and housekeeping of interiors and exteriors of all properties owned by CenterLight Healthcare.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Inspects all heating systems and performs necessary repairs and maintenance to gas and oil systems.
+ Inspects roofs, sewers, drains, and all public areas to determine the necessary maintenance and housekeeping.
+ Inspects all utility rooms to determine repairs needed.
+ Assist the Maintenance Mechanic with day-to-day operation, removal of garbage, cleaning exterior and chute.
+ Assist with completed all repairs found during annual inspections
+ Performs other daily and monthly preventive maintenance.
+ Determines the priority of work orders.
+ Participate in on call rotation and assignments routinely, and as needed.
+ Completes annual evaluation for the Maintenance Mechanics
