Superintendent (Welfare Home)

Overview

The Superintendent (SUPT) will be responsible for all matters related to welfare of the Home as well as the resident's daily engagement in activities/programmes. This encompass all residents under his charge, and in line with the provisions set out by the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF). The SUPT should be familiar with the provisions of the Destitute Persons Act, Chapter 78 and the Destitute Persons (Welfare Homes) Rules.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensures that all residents of the Home receive proper attention and support for their needs and requirements.
• Compliance and adherence to all processes pertaining to Sree Narayana Mission (Singapore) & Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) licensing criteria under the Social Residential Home Act (SRHA).
