Join the energetic team at Westerner Days from July 14 to 19, 2026, as a Ticketing & Scanning Supervisor. Play a crucial role in guiding operations that ensure guests enjoy a seamless admission experience this summer.
Your role as Ticketing & Scanning Supervisor will focus on overseeing daily ticketing processes and providing exceptional service at one of Central Alberta's largest fairs. You will facilitate the scanning operations and support staff, all while maintaining guest satisfaction during the busy event.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct entry gate and RAD scanning operations
• Support ticket scanning and admissions staff
• Ensure accurate validation of RAD passes
• Adjust staffing to enhance guest flow
• Collaborate with event teams for operational success
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2-3 years of customer service experience required
