Job Description
Primary Function
The Supervising Substation Engineer has complete responsibility for the profitability, quality, and schedule performance of their engineering team(s). This role oversees resource assignment and management within design teams, performs engineering duties as necessary to ensure completion of project goals, and coordinates the efforts of project teams toward the completion of several simultaneous projects. The position requires extensive knowledge of both substation design and engineering. The position will be based in our The Woodlands, Texas office located at 1575 Sawdust Rd, Suite 300, The Woodlands, TX 77380 and will report to Dashiell’s Engineering Manager.
