About the Role
An Accounting Supervisor monitors and directs the workflow of the staff to ensure that objectives are being met in a timely manner. Supports internal and external customers. Manages day to day activities. Identifies opportunities to streamline processes and procedures. Supervises and supports critical accounting, finance, reporting, and/or related functions. Provides guidance, training, motivation, and work scheduling for staff. Supports Manager and/or Director as appropriate. Mentors and develops staff.

Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of department procedures, systems and critical issues.
