Supervisor, Accounting & Reporting.

The Supervisor, Accounting and Reporting, is responsible for executing proper processes and controls within the Controllership area to support the organization’s business objectives. This role prepares financial and ad‑hoc reports according to US GAAP and MX GAAP and executes procedures to meet deadlines during month‑end close and to support evolving demands of a public company. This position partners with the Shared Services organization to drive improvements across the accounting function to support growth and standardization.

• Prepares monthly financial statements according to MX and US GAAP and ad‑hoc reports in collaboration with internal teams.
• Performs financial and variance analysis as required.
• Completes monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Participates in inventory management and accounting for both on-site and 3PL inventories.
