Role Overview

The Accounts Payable Supervisor oversees the Trade AP function, supervising a team of Accounting Technicians and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of invoices and payments. This role supports strong internal controls, vendor relationships, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Trade AP operations; assign work, monitor workloads, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices in accordance with policies and payment terms.
• Reconcile vendor accounts, resolve discrepancies, and prepare account analyses and journal entries.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account status.
