Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of SMT direct operatives, inspectors, leaders and technicians to ensure full compliance of process and work‑related procedures as well as machine parameters;
• Manage operations productivity improvements and maximize equipment and material utility levels so as to achieve targeted optimum product/process uph, yield and quality;
• Assist or participate in SMT process characterization activities as and when necessary, in order to ensure maximum yield and quality;
• Ensure the implementation of WIs (work instructions) in each of the SMT manufacturing processes and ensure proper training & certification of operatives and leaders in order to achieve product quality consistency and stability;
• Participate and support in the use and execution of SPC, QC tools, Process Control Plans and CPk indices in order to ensure good process quality management;
