Experience Desired: Prior supervisory experience desired

Job Responsibilities
Manage the efforts and priorities of the ASF Services Support teams with 3-5 direct reports to ensure accurate information and value-added services for external and internal customer base.
Control payroll for the entire ASF Services Division to include entering payroll weekly for Team Members and providing timely reports.
Prepare and conduct annual performance appraisals.
Monitor performance of staff and provide periodic employee feedback.
Develop and implement cross training and succession plans for all business-critical positions and processes.
