supervisor architect

• Coordination and supervision of architectural works and ensuring they are in accordance to requirements and Drawings;
• Arise technical issues from subcontractor and provide solution to immediate superior
• Preparation and submission of daily site report to client representative.
• Maintain hygiene within the work site areas;
• Ensuring corrective action taken on all non-conformances and records are raised and maintained.
• Carry out inspection with client representative.
• Make sure comply with all requirements and Drawings.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma/Degree in Architecture or related field
2. Relevant site supervision experience
3. Knowledge of architectural drawings and construction processes
4. Good coordination and communication skills
5. Ability to monitor quality and site progress
6. Familiar with safety and regulatory requirements
