**Responsibilities**:
- Distribute personnel according to the needs of the production program.
- Ensure order and control in the production line.
- Assign activities and check the standard of each worker.
- Ensure that material is provided to the work tables.
- Review material left at the end of the shift and prepare reports for the warehouse.
