 Foreperson / Supervisor 
 Brisbane 
 Permanent / Full Time 
Salary $120k - $150k + Super
Working on high-end luxury homes
Based in Brisbane Southside
 Offer
$120K - 150K + Super
Small number of custom homes to manage
Work sites within 20km radius of Brisbane
Work on custom homes up to $9m from the start.
 Role 
Interpret building plans, regulations and codes of practice to direct work and monitor compliance
Complete QA checks, site inductions and ensure WPH&S compliance
Record and report variations
Track and control construction schedules, progress reporting to management
Manage sub-contractors, quality of materials and workmanship
Place orders for materials and trades as required
