• Supervise, guide, and support sales assistants during daily operations.
• Ensure the sales team provides outstanding customer service at all times.
• Assist in meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Monitor and maintain proper merchandising, product displays, and cleanliness of the sales floor.
• Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
• Assist in staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with the Manager on stock levels, replenishment, and inventory control.
• Conduct training and coaching for new and existing sales staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Prepare sales reports and assist in administrative tasks when required.
