What You Will Be Doing

• Coach and motivate the sales team to exceed targets, maximise KPIs and deliver first‑class customer service.
• Influence and nurture a professional and enjoyable store environment, encouraging a winning mentality in service and selling, while championing colleague engagement.
• Serve as an expert on CT product, customer service and selling skills and train the sales team, encouraging the use of staff training tools.
• Assist with managing operational, compliance and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily running of the store, adhering to company policy, Health & Safety and security processes.
