We are seeking a Supervisor Building II to join the AMAAD Office Services Division of the Office Services Department.

The AMAAD Office Services Division is responsible for the leasing and operational management of office space at AMAAD, supporting over 5,000 office users. The division ensures 24/7 operational efficiency of office facilities through inspections, maintenance coordination, and user interactions. It manages logistics, including receiving and checking materials, and handles project logistics during scheduled shutdowns. The division oversees janitorial services, parking management, and serves as the first response team during emergencies and incidents. It also facilitates the distribution of giveaways and important announcements, coordinates AC, underground, fire systems, elevator, electrical, and preventive maintenance with U&FSD, and manages sanitation and gardening services in coordination with U&FSD and CCSD.
