Supervisor - Cafe

To lead the end-to-end operations of Glitch Café , a newly launched in-house F&B concept within Glitch Entertainment. As the first and only subject matter expert in this new business line, the Supervisor will be responsible for establishing the café from the ground up — including setup, staffing, service delivery, and performance — with a strong business mindset and hands-on expertise in beverage preparation.

Operational

• Oversee daily café operations including beverage/snack preparation, hygiene, inventory, and POS accuracy
• Personally prepare all core beverages and snacks, ensuring consistency and quality
• Coordinate with suppliers for stock, packaging, and equipment maintenance
• Implement SOPs for food safety, cleanliness, and customer service
