Supervisor

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations within their food manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a good understanding of industrial relations, and the ability to maintain high standards of productivity, quality, and compliance. The company is based in Sunderland Ridge, Centurion and will be on a contractual basis.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)


• 4-6 Years Experience within a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment (food industry preferred)


• Knowledge of Industrial Relations (IR), including handling disciplinary procedures


• Strong communication and leadership skills


• Computer literacy, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel
