Job Description

  1. Supervise daily electrical and mechanical operations and maintenance activities
  2. Lead and manage technicians and maintenance personnel
  3. Ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations
  4. Inspect electrical and mechanical systems to ensure efficiency and reliability
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
  6. Prepare reports, maintenance schedules, and documentation
  7. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and management for project execution
  8. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  9. Conduct preventive maintenance planning
  10. Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures
