The Supervisor Clinical Nurse IV – Central Staffing Office is a senior nursing leader responsible for coordinating and supervising centralized staffing operations to support safe, high‑quality patient care across UNC Health Rex.

The Supervisor Clinical Nurse IV functions as an expert clinician, resource, and role model; supports evidence‑based practice; and promotes a professional practice environment consistent with UNC Health standards and regulatory requirements.
