JOB OVERVIEW

• Supervisory role in Accounting and Controlling.
• Support Asia Pacific countries.
• Work closely with the respective countries to deliver finance functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage a team of accountants to support accounting and controlling activities for assigned countries.
• Assign and organize roles and responsibilities within the team.
• Review the work performed by the team to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Provide guidance and coaching to the team on new policies, work instructions, and group requirements.
• Coordinate and manage monthly balance sheet reviews with Regional and Country teams.
• Work closely with Management to implement and drive standardization of processes across countries supported by the shared service center.
