Customer Service Operations is responsible/a catalyst for providing proactive solutions, inquiry research/resolution, and root cause analysis. Acting as liaisons for both internal and external customers, Customer Service Operations enhances the customer experience by leveraging inbound and outbound channels.

**_Job Responsibilities_**

+ Responsible to manage a team that reviews documents retrieved from inbound faxes to determine validity; scans documents efficiently and accurately.
+ Drive quality of communication of team members to provider offices and healthcare professionals
+ Work with CHIP and Domestic partners
+ Monitor and provide updates to team members for their performance
+ Help resolve inquiries and concerns of team members and the business process she/he will oversee

**_Qualifications_**
