Leading company in Collection of financial products in arrears from 0 to more than 30 days in arrears, is looking for your talent as:
- **Bilingual Collections Team Leader.**_
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree (3rd semester)
- **English level C1-C2 (Interview is in English)**:
- Advanced Excel
- 2 recent and verifiable years as a Collections Team Leader with more than 30 days past due.
- Experience in collections (leading teams and managing accounts) of financial products.
- Use of predictive dialer
- Use of CRM
- Training and feedback to teams (approx. 15 people)
- Automated collection tools
- Collections related KPI reports
- Collections scripts
- Knowledge of customer collections
**We offer**:
- **Rotated schedule**:8:00am to 3:30pm and from 1:30 to 8:00pm with one hour of food.
- Work area: Polanco (15 minutes from Chapultepec subway or Polanco subway)
