Job Description

• To perform commissioning of equipment, systems (marine & topside) for repair / new build / conversion vessels.
• Ensure that all safety procedures and regulations are complied with, as defined in the safety and health manual and ensure good housekeeping standards are maintain always at site.
• Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Promote safe working procedures to prevent incidents.
• Follow instructions from his superiors and carry out tasks in a safe and productive manner.
• Assist the Foremen in supervising the workforce.
• Ensure time keeping and discipline of his worker reporting to him.
• Deploy and utilize manpower effectively.
• Read all relevant drawings and procedure for the commissioning work Preparation of MC and PC checks sheets.
