_Essential Duties and Responsibilities_1.
Model SEL Values and Leadership characteristics to employees.2.
Provide clear direction to work group in order to help meet department production objectives.3.
Understand upstream and downstream work areas in order to ensure accurate communication and appropriate product flow.4.
Monitor employee performance, regularly provide employee feedback; empower, mentor and coach employees, write and deliver performance reviews, and assist employees in setting goals.5.
