Encargado de turno de elaboración.Da seguimiento al proceso cervecero desde la recepción de materias primas hasta la entrega de producto terminado pasando por cocina, cuartos fríos y envasado.Manejo de personal sindicalizado.Participa en manejo de inventarios de materias primas y cerveza en proceso.Cumplimiento a rutinas de sistema de gestión (VPO)
