**Job Description Summary**: Plans and directs manufacturing functions including labor allocation, ensures adherence to the production
schedule, line efficiency, process specifications, GMP training and procedures, Lean Manufacturing
continuous flow, cleaning and other areas as required. Uses the JDE system and Microsoft programs to
make production reports. Proposes and leads Lean Manufacturing events such as Kaizen, manufacturing
cells, KanBan, TPM, 5 s’, 8 wastes, SMED, etc
