Guarantee product quality, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency while developing and guiding the production team in a continuous improvement environment.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, scrap, productivity, DPPM, and other key performance indicators.Ensure compliance with quality standards under medical industry regulations (ISO *****, FDA 21 CFR 820, GMP).
Oversee accurate documentation of processes, lot records, and production reports.Lead and develop a team of operators, technicians, and line leaders, promoting operational discipline, cross‐training, and performance excellence.Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S).
