Production Supervisor – Automotive Coatings
Location: Tepexpan, State of Mexico Area: Production / Packaging – Automotive Business Unit
The Production Supervisor leads and ensures the operational efficiency of the automotive coatings packaging process within a solvent-based manufacturing environment.
You will operate in restricted and classified explosive areas, requiring strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
You will supervise one production shift within a three-shift operation, coordinating teams of operators to safely and efficiently execute packaging activities while meeting daily production, cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
The Production Supervisor plays a key role in driving continuous improvement, cross-functional coordination, and effective people leadership in a highly regulated automotive.
You will report to the Production Head.
You will be an onsite role, located in Tepexpan State of Mexico.
