The IT Supervisor will be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the daily operations of the IT department at our HPS facilities. The role will encompass ensuring seamless functioning of systems, networks, and communications, providing robust technical support to users, and maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. Additionally, the role will play a pivotal role in providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to our team of helpdesk technicians. Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within an IT department, with a focus on operations management and technical support. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical people.
