Supervisor

Primary:

• Supervise daily production activities as per schedule and target.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, batch sheets and quality standards.
• Monitor blending, mixing, filtering and packing operations.
• Maintain discipline, shift allocation and attendance tracking.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate breakdowns.
• Maintain batch records and ensure traceability.
• Conduct pre-production checks and post-batch inspections.

Other:

• Ensure safety compliance and PPE usage across production lines.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process and final approvals.
• Support training of new operators and cross-skilling
• Contribute to productivity improvement and downtime reduction.
• Report daily production and shift logs.
• Monitor consumables, utilities and equipment readiness.
